Additional Details: a River Roots experimental bottling! This bourbon was aged a few months in a previously used whiskey barrel that aged honey in it. The honey was freshly dumped out of the barrel and we added this bourbon. Bourbon is to be enjoyed and we like to goof around too. A couple of the River Roots owners are sneaker heads, hence the "Beezy" barrel name. A sister barrel, "Buzz Kill" is for sale now at the River Roots gift shop in Cleveland.
